Tracking Points in Sequences of Color Images

چکیده
Two basic questions must be answered when points are tracked in image sequences: how to select the features, and how to track them from frame to frame. The solution described in [2] combines these two problems to one; it is based on [1], where a method for registering two images for stereo matching is proposed. The applications of point tracking are manifold. In the following we use this technique to recover depth from a static scene seen by a calibrated camera moving on a linear sledge.
